Mass Aging Access just released a new fact sheet for state legislators on the FY26 Home Care Budget Deficit.  Advocates may recall that last year we needed a $60m supplemental budget to fully fund the Home Care Program.  This fiscal year, the deficit is lower yet still significant at $16m – and this is despite ECOP caps and Managed Intake which were implemented by AGE earlier in 2025.  Please read the fact sheet to learn more!
