Alzheimer’s Association
The Massachusetts/New Hampshire branch of the Alzheimer’s Association provides support to those living with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia, as well as those caring for them. You can find information, support groups, and many other resources on their website. For a limited time, you can also view recordings of their 2024 Family Conference.
Dementia Friendly Massachusetts
Dementia Friendly Massachusetts is an initiative of the Massachusetts Councils on Aging and a member of Dementia Friendly America. The state-wide grassroots movement, generously supported by the Point32Health Foundation, comprises organizations, individuals, and municipalities growing dementia-friendly communities.
